Return and Exchange Policy

At D’BASEL, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. Our goal is to provide high-quality, authentic fragrances and an enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Only unopened, unused, and sealed perfume bottles are eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and protective seals intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please email us at info@dbasel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not ship any item without prior approval, as it may not be processed.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product or scent:

  • The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and verify your returned product.
  • If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you for any additional payment or refund balance.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items not in their original condition or missing packaging
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dbasel.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize replacements or corrections at no extra cost to you.
